Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Lower Southampton Township will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
In response to the current health pandemic, this meeting will be conducted virtually (Teleconference platform details to follow) to consider the following:

S21-01 – JDSH Investment Co. II, LLC, Owner of the properties located at 244 E. Myrtle Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053 known as Bucks County Tax Map Parcels #21-012-301
and 21-012-302 for Minor Subdivision/Lot Line Adjustment in a C-Commercial District.

All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard in accordance with the rules and procedures established by the Board.
Public comment or questions can be sent to mitalia@lstwp.org until 7:30 pm on February 2, 2021. All public comments must contain your name and address. All public comments will be read aloud.
