Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Lower Southampton will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 19 at 7:00 PM in the former District Courthouse Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053 to consider the following:

S20-06 – SEBA Cable Inc. – Sevastian Birladeanu, owner of the property located at 235 Andrews Road, Feasterville, PA known as Bucks County Tax Parcels #21-023-017-016 for Sketch Plan Approval in an (I) Industrial District.
