The Friends of Poquessing Watershed is hosting a workshop with Lower Southampton Township.  Come to this workshop to get a FREE rain barrel!  YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THIS WORKSHOP!

You will also learn about other ways to manage stormwater runoff on your property using downspout planter boxes, rain gardens, permeable pavers, streamside plantings, and more.

Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS) staff will overview stormwater impacts on local waterways and what homeowners can do to help keep Poquessing Creek clean and healthy.

The workshop presentation will be one hour with time afterwards for questions.  Residents can then schedule a FREE rain barrel installation and/or a rain garden consultation this spring.

PLEASE NOTE THIS PROGRAM IS ONLY FOR RESIDENTS OF LOWER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP.  Residents of the Poquessing watershed will be given preference (while supplies last).  To see which watershed you live in, visit: http://phillywatersheds.org/your_watershed/find_your_watershed.
