Application Z21-02. Application of StoneMor PA LLC, legal owner of property identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No. 21-005-005. The Applicant seeks the following in connection with a proposal to accommodate new burial space on the property and install asphalt pathways and stormwater control measures: (1) a variance from Section 27-1403(C)(11)(b) to permit a rear yard setback of 0’ whereas a setback of 100’ is required; (2) a variance from Section 27-1403C(11)(c) to permit a 14% impervious surface ratio whereas a maximum coverage of 10% is permitted; (3) a variance from Section 27-1804(B)(3) to permit a 36% disturbance of a steep slope in an area where the steep slope is 25% or greater, whereas only a 15% disturbance of a steep slope is permitted; (4) a variance from Section 27-1804(E)(1) to allow the installation of temporary erosion and sediment controls and stormwater control facilities within a Zone 1 riparian buffer, whereas such land disturbance is otherwise not permitted; and (5) a variance from Section 27-1804(E)(2) to allow the installation of temporary erosion and sediment controls and permanent stormwater management facilities within a Zone 2 riparian buffer, whereas such land disturbance is otherwise not permitted.
