NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on January 26, 2021 beginning at 7:00 PM at the former District Courthouse Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053 for the purposes of considering the following applications:

Application Z20-08 – Application of Penn Street LS, LLC, legal owner of property identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No. 21-028-014.  The Applicant seeks the following in connection with a proposal to subdivide the subject property into four residential lots: (1) a variance from Section 27-503.A of the Zoning Ordinance to permit four (4) lots each with a lot area of less than the minimum required lot area of 12,000 square feet.

Application Z20-09 – Application of Timothy Hunt, legal owner of property identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No. 21-008-166.  The Applicant seeks the following in connection with a proposal to remove an existing detached garage and construct a new detached garage: (1) a variance from Section 27-403(2) of the Zoning Ordinance to permit an aggregate side yard setback of less than the required 35 feet.
