NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Southampton Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on December 12, 2023 beginning at 7:30 PM at the Lower Southampton Administrative Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053 for the purpose of considering the following application:

S23-09. Application of Federation Housing, Inc., for the property at 1834 Brownsville Road, owned by Triple Net Investments LIX, LLC, identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel 21-016-490, located in the TC Town Center District of Lower Southampton Township.  Applicant seeks to amend Conditional Use Resolution 202-35 reducing the total number of available apartments units from 72 to 52.

All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in accordance with the rules and procedures prescribed by the Lower Southampton Township Board of Supervisors.
