NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on April 13, 2021 beginning at 7:00 P.M. for the purposes of considering the following application:
Application Z20-08. Continued hearing for application of Penn Street LS, LLC, legal owner of property identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No. 21-028-014. The Applicant seeks the following in connection with a proposal to subdivide the subject property into four residential lots: (1) a variance from Section 27-503.A of the Zoning Ordinance to permit four (4) lots each with a lot area of less than the minimum required lot area of 12,000 square feet.
