LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on August 22, 2023 beginning at 7:00 PM at the Lower Southampton Township Administration Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053 for the purpose of considering the following applications:

Application Z23-08.  Application of Dominic and Jennifer Marchesano, Sr. owners of the property at 310 East Myrtle Avenue, identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No. 21-012-311 (the “Property”), located in the R-2, Residential Zoning District of Lower Southampton Township.  The Applicants seek to construct an addition to the existing single-family dwelling.  The proposed addition encroaches into the 25 foot rear yard building set back required under §27-503.E of the Lower Southampton Zoning Ordinance, leaving a 12 foot 2 inch set back.  Applicants seek a variance accordingly.

Application Z23-09.  Application of Seller Online, LLC owner of the property at 635 Somers Avenue, identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel Nos. 21-023-016-001 & 21-023-015-001 (the “Property”), located in the C-1, Light Commercial Zoning District of Lower Southampton Township.  Applicant seeks to consolidate adjacent parcels, demolish an existing accessory storage building, and construct a building addition to the existing building to be used for storage.  Applicant seeks a variance from §27-802 of the Lower Southampton Zoning Ordinance (“Ordinance”) to occupy more than 35% of the lot area with building coverage, and a variance from §27-1901 of the Ordinance to not provide any additional parking for the proposed addition.
