LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on August 9, 2022 beginning at 7:00 P.M. at the Sarah Mitchell Community Center, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053 for the purpose of considering the following application:
Application Z22-08. Application of Paul Basarab, owner of the property at 1200 Bustleton Pike Unit 1-B, identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel 21-007-157-001-01B (the “Property”). The Applicant seeks a special exception pursuant to Section 27-1403(D)(5) of the Zoning Ordinance to permit a massage therapy center use in the C-2 Heavy Commercial District.
All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in accordance with the rules and procedures prescribed by Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board.
