The Re-Organization meeting of Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will be held prior to the public hearing on January 23, 2024 beginning at 7:00 P.M. Located at the Lower Southampton Township Administration Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053.

LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on October 24, 2023 beginning at 7:00 P.M. at the Lower Southampton Township Administration Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053 for the purpose of considering the following application:
Application Z23-13. Application of ROI National Limited Liability Company, equitable owner of the property at Penn Street & Trevose Road, identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No. 21-028-014 (the “Property”), located in the R-2, Residential Zoning District of Lower Southampton Township. Applicant seeks to subdivide the subject property into four undersized parcels (lot sizes of 9,386 sq. ft.; 8,550 sq. ft.; 7,600.05 sq. ft.; and, 8,217 sq. ft., respectively), and place a single-family dwelling on each. §27-503.A of the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Ordinance requires a lot area of 12,000 square feet to support a single-family dwelling. Applicant seeks a variance accordingly. Relief had been previously granted for the subject property, but that relief expired, pursuant to §27-2307 of the Ordinance.
All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in accordance with the rules and procedures prescribed by Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board.
