NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on November 14, 2023 beginning at 7:00 PM at the Lower Southampton Township Administration Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053 for the purpose of considering the following applications:

Application Z23-14 Application of Evgenii & Pavel Radchenko, owner of the property at 2078 Scott Street, identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No. 21-023-147 (the “Property”), located in the R-2, Residential Zoning District of Lower Southampton Township.  Applicants seek to construct a two-story addition to the single-family dwelling.  Applicants seek variances from the front yard and side yard provisions of §27-503 of the Lower Southampton Zoning Ordinance to accommodate the addition.

Applicaiton Z23-15 Application of Gulbahar Svanidze and Anvar Polutskhoradze, owner of the property at 1520 Briar Lane, identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No. 21-008-213 (the “Property”), located in the R-1, Residential Zoning District of Lower Southampton Township.  Applicants seek a variance from §27-403.D(3) of the Lower Southampton Zoning Ordinance to reduce the required rear yard to accommodate a single-story detached garage to support the existing single-family dwelling.

All interested parties are invited to attend and participate in accordance with the rules and procedures prescribed by Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board.
