LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, beginning at 7:00 P.M. at the Lower Southampton Township Administration Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053 for the purpose of considering the following application:

Application Z26-08. Application of Luke Woodson, located at 1527 Briar Lane, identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No. 21-008-215 (the “Property”), located in the R-1, Residential Zoning District of Lower Southampton Township.

Applicant seeks to construct a 960 square foot detached garage, accessory to the existing single-family dwelling on site. §27-1403(H)(3) of the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Ordinance, Use 70, permits an accessory structure up to 500 square feet of ground floor area, in size. Applicant seeks a variance to permit the over-sized structure as proposed.
All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in accordance with the rules and procedures prescribed by Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board.
