NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Southampton Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on May 13, 2026 beginning at 7:30 PM at the Lower Southampton Administration Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053 for the purpose of considering the following application:

Application of Federation Housing, Inc., for the property at 1834 Brownsville Road, owned by Triple Net Investments LXI, LLC, identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel #21-016-490, located in the TC Town Center District of Lower Southampton Township.  Applicant seeks approval of its application for a conditional use for age-restricted apartments.

All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in accordance with the rules and procedures prescribed by the Lower Southampton Township Board of Supervisors.
