Pennsylvania DEP Issues Statewide Drought Watch
Pennsylvania’s Department of Environmental Protection has declared a statewide drought watch. While not required, residents and businesses are encouraged to voluntarily conserve water by reducing their non-essential water use. Click HERE for tips and facts on reducing water use.
June 14, 2023 Board of Supervisors Meeting Information
The next Board of Supervisors Meeting is Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 7:30 PM in the Township Administration Building, 1500 Desire Avenue. The meeting will be televised live on the Township Cable Channel – 22 for Comcast customers, 28 for Verizon customers. The public is invited to attend.
Residents that cannot attend the meeting are invited to email their public comment to publiccomment@lstwp.org by 5 PM on Wednesday, June 14th. Public comment MUST include name & address. All comments will be read during the public comment portion of the meeting.

Township Engineer to Survey Easement on Lynwood Avenue
An Engineer from CKS Engineers will be performing a survey the easement area on Lynwood Avenue for an upcoming Storm Sewer Rehabilitation Project. If you have any questions, please contact our Public Works Department at 215-357-7300 x302.
Stormwater Mapping/Investigation Notice
Starting June 12, 2023, and continuing through the end of July, CKS Engineers/ARRO Consulting will be conducting stormwater mapping/investigation efforts upon the Township’s stormwater management facilities as required by PADEP permitting requirements. Please note that the employees of CKS/ARRO will have credentials available upon request.
