NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Southampton Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on August 14, 2024 beginning at 7:30 PM at the Township Administration Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053 for the purpose of considering the following application:

S24-02: Application of Meric Automobile Group, LLC for the property at 1641 Loretta Avenue, Owned by Aeromark Properties, LLC, identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel 21-004-031, located in the BT Business Technology District of Lower Southampton Township.  Under C-2 Zoning §27-901, No. 3, Use 37 Permitted Uses, applicant seeks approval of a Conditional Use to add motor vehicle sales.

S22-02: SEBA CABLE, applicant of the property located at 234 Andrews Road, Feasterville, PA 19053 known as Bucks County Tax Parcels #21-023-017-016 seeks a Preliminary/Final Land Development in an I-Industrial District.
