LEGAL NOTICE
The following matter has been scheduled for a public hearing on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 to be heard before the Lower Southampton Township Board of Supervisors to consider for approval at their meeting to take place at the Lower Southampton Township Municipal Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, Bucks County, PA 19053. Applicant Express Fuel Bustleton Pike, Inc. intends to affect an inter-municipal transfer of a Liquor License Number R21378 pursuant to the inter-municipal transfer provisions of the Liquor Code 47 P.S. 4-461. The proposal is to transfer the liquor license from BASMA LLC., located at 5978 Easton Road, Pipersville, PA 18947 to Express Fuel Bustleton Pike, LLC for it’s use at the business premises at 228 Bustleton Pike, Feasterville, PA 19053.
