NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Southampton Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on April 8, 2026 beginning at 7:30 PM at the Lower Southampton Administration Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053 for the purpose of considering the following application:

Application of Invest-X-LLC seeking Conditional Use Approval, pursuant to Section 27-901 of the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Ordinance, to permit Use 37 – Motor Vehicle Sales within the C-2 Heavy Commercial District at its location at 92 Bustleton Pike, Tax Map Parcel #21-009-096, Feasterville, PA 19053

All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in accordance with the rules and procedures prescribed by the Lower Southampton Township Board of Supervisors.
