Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Lower Southampton Township will hold a public hearing on TUESDAY, APRIL 4, 2023 AT 7 PM at the Lower Southampton Township Administration Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053.

The Planning Commission will consider the following:

Case No. S23-01  Neshaminy School District, applicant of the property located at 300 HEIGHTS LANE, FEASTERVILLE, PA 19053 known as Bucks County Tax Parcel #21-011-097 seeks a Waiver of Land Development in a R2-Residential District.

Lower Southampton Township Planning Commission provides this notice as a public service.  All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard in accordance with the rules and procedures established by the Board.
