LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, beginning at 7:00 P.M. at the Lower Southampton Township Administration Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053 for the purpose of considering the following application:

Application Z25-17. Application of Bucks County MGMT LLC, for property, located at 215 Philmont Avenue and 225 Philmont Avenue, identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel Nos. 21-013-003-003 & 21-013-003-002 (the “Property”), located in the BT, Business Technology Zoning District of Lower Southampton Township.
The property is presently occupied by an autobody and collision repair facility. Applicant seeks to sell motor vehicles from the same site. Sale of Motor Vehicles is not permitted within the BT Business Technology District. Applicant seeks a variance from §27-1101(1) of the Lower Southampton Township Zoning ordinance to permit the proposed additional use.
