NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on August 27, 2024 beginning at 7:00 P.M. at the Lower Southampton Township Administration Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053 for the purpose of considering the following application:

Application Z24-03. Application of 1784 Holdings, LLC, located at 604 East Bristol Road, identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No. 21-023-158-002 (the “Property”), located in the C-1, Light Commercial Zoning District of Lower Southampton Township. Applicant’s predecessor in interest (prior owner or equitable owner of subject property) obtained zoning relief, by decision circulated July 07, 2022, to facilitate construction of a self-storage facility. The relief granted included an extended (18 month) timeframe within which Applicant was to obtain a zoning permit from the Township. That 18 month period has expired. Applicant has requested, and continues to await, certain required permits from outside agencies. As such, Applicant seeks a variance from §27-2307 of the Lower Southampton Zoning Ordinance, in order to extend the zoning relief granted on July 07, 2022, for an additional 18 months.
All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in accordance with the rules and procedures prescribed by Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board.
