KEYSTONE OUTDOOR ADVERTISING HAS WITHDRAWN THEIR APPLICATION.

LEGAL NOTICE

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on May 23, 2023 beginning at 7:00 P.M. at the Lower Southampton Township Administration Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053 for the purpose of considering the following application:

Application Z23-05. Application of Keystone Outdoor Advertising Company, Inc. owner of the property at 92 Bustleton Pike, identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel 21-009-096 (the “Property”), located in the C-2, Heavy Commercial Zoning District of Lower Southampton Township. Applicant proposes to construct an Off Premises Advertising Sign (“OPAS”) which is not permitted by right on the subject site. Applicant seeks a variance from §27-901 of the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Ordinance (“Ordinance”), accordingly. Applicant further seeks variances from §27-1603.1.B of the Ordinance to allow the OPAS height to exceed the permitted thirty (30) feet, and to permit the OPAS to locate within twenty (20 ) feet of the property line; and, from §1603.1.C of the Ordinance to permit the OPAS to  locate closer than twenty-five (25) feet from the ultimate right-of-way of Bustleton Pike.

All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in accordance with the rules and procedures prescribed by Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board.
