NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on July 25, 2023 beginning at 7 PM at the Lower Southampton Administration Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053 for the purpose of considering the following application:

Application Z23-07.  Applicaiton of Tiffany J. Markley, Lessee of the property at 67 Buck Road, identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No.  21-001-012-067 (the “Property”), located in the I, Industrial Zoning District of Lower Southampton Township.

Applicant seeks a variance from §27-1001 Permitted Uses of the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Ordinance (“Ordinance”) to permit a 22B Massage Therapy use, as defined at §27-1403.D(5) of the Ordinance within an existing office complex in the I, Industrial Zoning District of Lower Southampton.

All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in accordance with the rules and procedures prescribed by Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board.
