NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, beginning at 7:00 P.M. at the Lower Southampton Township Administration Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053 for the purpose of considering the following application:

Application Z26-02. Application of AL ASR Islamic Community Center, for property, located at 77 Buck Road, identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel Nos. 21-001-012-077, 21-001-012-075, and 21-001-012-079 (the “Property”), located in the I, Industrial Zoning District of Lower Southampton Township. Applicant requests a use variance, from §27-1001 of the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Ordinance (“Ordinance”) to add uses to the subject property, described by applicant as a “mosque and for after school religious and social activities”, characterized as a Use 8 Religious Use. Use of the subject property is currently an existing Use 13 Community Center use, which is proposed to remain.

All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in accordance with the rules and procedures prescribed by Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board.
