Property Tax/Rent Rebate for 2024

In just over two weeks, applications will open for the 2024 Property Tax/Rent Rebate program. This year, the program has been expanded to include more Pennsylvanians and to provide a larger rebate to help offset the impacts of inflation. Over 600,000 Pennsylvanians will now qualify for a maximum rebate of $1,000 (up from $650 last year).

The income limits have increased so if you believe you qualify under the expansion, please reach out to either State Representative Joe Hogan’s district office at 215-752-6750 (Penndel) or 215-942-4067 (Lower Southampton). If you prefer, use this link to find out more information.

For those seeking assistance with the application process, State Representative Hogan will be hosting a workshop on Friday, Feb. 9, at the Sarah Mitchell Community Center, 1500 Desire Ave., Feasterville-Trevose, from 5-7 p.m. His team will be on hand to answer questions about the program and help you complete your application.
