Hearing Officer’s Opinion and Order for Federation Housing Conditional Use Application
On August 12, 2026, Hearing Officer Joseph Kuhls issued his Final Opinion and Order regarding the Federation Housing Conditional Use Application for the property located at 1834 Brownsville Road, Feasterville, PA, in accordance with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.
