245 Enterprises LLC applicant for the property located at 245 Andrews Road, Feasterville, PA 19053 known as Bucks County Tax Parcel #21-023-017-015 seeks a Preliminary/Final Land Development in a I-Industrial District.

Case No. S26-05

Frank DiSandro for the property located at 444 W. Bristol Road, Feasterville, PA 19053 known as Bucks County Tax Parcel #21-018-002 seeks a Sketch Plan in a BT Business Technology District.
