NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on November 22, 2022 beginning at 7:00 P.M. at the Township Administration Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053 for the purpose of considering the following application:

Application Z22-09. Application of McDonalds Corporation owner of the property at 334 E. Street Road, identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel 21-011-138-004 (the “Property”), located in the C-2 Heavy Commercial District of Lower Southampton Township. The Property supports a McDonald’s restaurant with drive-through service.  Applicant is proposing to expand the existing drive-through facilities to provide a second drive-through lane. The project includes changes to the layout and configuration of the parking areas and drive aisles. In order to facilitate the proposed work, Applicant requests a variance from §27-1901.Q of the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Ordinance to permit a reduction of off street parking to 26 spaces where 39 spaces are required.

All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in accordance with the rules and procedures prescribed by Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board.
