NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, beginning at 7:00 P.M. at the Lower Southampton Township Administration Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053 for the purpose of considering the following application:
Application Z25-20. Application of Fleetra, Inc., for property, located at 440 Veit Road, identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No. 21-001-012-006 (the “Property”), located in the M, Municipal Zoning District of Lower Southampton Township.

Applicant seeks to use the Property as and for a Use 38, Motor Vehicle Repair Garage. In order to facilitate the proposed Motor Vehicle Repair Garage use on the Property, Applicant requests the following variances from the Lower Southampton Zoning Ordinance (“Ordinance”): (1) from §27-1201 to permit Use 38, Motor Vehicle Repair Garage, within the M, Municipal Zoning District; (2) from §27-1403.E(16)(d)(2), to permit a Motor Vehicle Repair Garage use on a parcel with a lot width of 108.41 feet of frontage along the cul-de-sac of Veit Road, where the Ordinance requires a minimum lot width along all streets of 200 feet; and, (3) from §27-1403.E.(16)(g) to permit a Motor Vehicle Repair Garage use on a lot with frontage on Veit Road, a non-arterial road, where frontage on an arterial road is required.

All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in accordance with the rules and procedures prescribed by Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board.
