LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, beginning at 7:00 P.M. at the Lower Southampton Township Administration Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053 for the purpose of considering the following application:

Application Z25-01. Application of Property Perfection, Inc., owner of the property, located at 510 Walnut Avenue, identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No. 21-016-345 (the “Property”), located in the R-3 Residential Zoning District of Lower Southampton Township. Applicant seeks to reconstruct a preexisting nonconforming structure, now demolished, on a nonconforming lot. Applicant seeks variances from §27-603 (R-3 Dimensional Requirements) and §27-2102 & §27-2103 (Re Nonconformities) of the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Ordinance to permit reconstruction of the dwelling on the undersized lot, and within the front and rear yard setbacks.

All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in accordance with the rules and procedures prescribed by Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board.
