NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, beginning at 7:00 PM at the Lower Southampton Township Administration Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053 for the purpose of considering the following application:

Application Z25-02.  Application of David Walter, owner of the property, located at 13 Stoltz Avenue, identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No. 21-007-037 (the “Property”), located in the R-2, Residential Zoning District of Lower Southampton Township.  Applicant seeks to construct a Residential Accessory Building (24×40 detached garage, 960 square feet in size) to the rear of the existing single-family dwelling, five (5) feet from the side lot lone.  Section 27-1403H(3) Use 70, of the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Ordinance, defining Residential Accessory Building or Structure, limits the size of such structures to a maximum of 500 square feet in size.  Applicant seeks a variance from the Ordinance to construct the structure as proposed.
