NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, beginning at 7:00 P.M. at the Lower Southampton Township Administration Building, 1500 Desire Avenue, Feasterville, PA 19053 for the purpose of considering the following application:

Application Z25-19. Application of Ozod Haydarov, for property, located at 41 Terry Drive, identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No. 21-013-007-006 (the “Property”), located in the BT, Business Technology Zoning District of Lower Southampton Township. Applicant, equitable owner of the subject property, seeks to use the property for a Use 38 Motor Vehicle Repair Garage. Use 38 is not permitted in the BT District. Applicant seeks a variance from §27-1101 of the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Ordinance, to permit Use 38 within the BT Zoning District, accordingly. Applicant further requests relief from §27-1403(16)(d)(1) to permit Use 38 on a lot size of 0.992 acre, where 1.000 acres is required, and a variance from §27-1403(16)(d)(3) to permit Use 38 on a lot requiring a 100 foot setback from a residential district, where the nearest residential district is adjacent to the subject property. Applicant further requests relief from any other provision of the Ordinance to permit the use as required.
